    In the first session we will learn the significance of a Fertility Altar and how you can use it to boost your fertility and attract your baby.   • Day Two

    In the Second Session we will learn how to customize your altar just for you. I hold a Master’s degree, and years of clinical practice in social work, which ultimately manifested in my career as a studio owner, international teacher and leader in the Yoga community.   • Is the program virtual?

    Yes, you will receive an invite to the virtual classroom where you will find the Video recordings of the challenge session, handouts and downloads.

  • Do I have to be a Yoga pro to join?

    Absolutely not, all of the Sacred Fertility Yoga programming is available for all levels of practitioner. Yoga beginners are welcome !

  • What are Lauren’s credentials?

    Lauren holds an MSW from Fordham University as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Psychotherapy. Lauren became pregnant naturally at age 46 and is the mother of a beautiful girl. She is a 500-hour E-RYT Certified Yoga teacher and has been teaching Yoga for over 30 years. She is also a member of the IAYT and is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Kundalini Yoga Medicine Practitioner. She is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Aromatherapist.   • Is this going to be all woo woo wacky stuff?

    Lauren's Sacred Fertility Yoga approach to Yoga is based on practice and results. We will do very simple practices that will create positive change. Some of the practices will be new and different but I promise you if you come with an open mind you will experience powerful results.
