After interviewing Lauren on my podcast and being in her energy, I knew that I wanted her to facilitate an Akashic record reading for me. I am so glad that I listened to my intuition! This work under Lauren’s guidance taught me how deep powerful, and effective is the connection with our past. As a yoga practitioner more than a decade, I already had the aspects of self awareness and energetic connection in my world. Yet the Akashic Records reading has provided me a deeper layer, a stronger communication with my being. First of all, I had no idea what Akashic Records are, how they work, or how they could help me. Although Lauren explained it, I still really did not know what to expect. She guided me to be prepared for our meeting with some questions to ask, which I did in regard to my business and relationship with money. I've had my astrology chart ready (many times), tarot cards read, crystal readings, palm readings, etc., but I was not prepared for the incredible & PRACTICAL guidance that was offered through my Akashic reading with Lauren. Every word that she shared rang true, so much so that I'm shifting my business approach completely! I wasn't sure what to expect from this experience. I didn't really know what Akashic records were, but somehow I was drawn to do it. Lauren created a warm, welcoming and sacred space and led me through the experience with ease and grace. I really felt transported and was able to receive the information with an open heart.
